Default Asus zenbook 3 - ux390uak

Hello,
i have the next laptop:
ASUS ZENBOOK 3 - UX390UAK

and a Docking Station of Toshiba dyndock - DisplayLink.

now,
its always getting connected and disconnected' like every 2 monuets maximum. impossible to work like thta.
also the sound that goes out from the device(audio jack in the docking station) with gaps and in a very bad quality.
attaching the log vfrom the support tool.

please advice i really dont know what to do anymore ....

forgot to say, Windows 10.
i have need restored the laptop like 5 times but it still goes on this problemas ....

Hello,

Thank you for the logs, it is helpful.
I see USB errors all over. Connection is lost, and some USB interfaces get ignored by Windows as in persistent errors. Up/down is the driver trying to reset to recover.

I suggest you try with another cable in another USB port.
Also, try with a USB2 cable or in a USB2-only port, to see if the issue persists there too.
