about 3 pixcel whilte border when fit to tv enabled

Hi,

I just enabled fit to tv and resized screen resolution. So...I reduced my screen resolution to 1280 x 800 from 1280 x 1024. Now, I see about 3 pixcel borders on top and bottom of my screen. How do I get rid out of it?
