USB Port Flap Issue
Hi All,
We are experiencing a strange issue with some of our Displaylink devices repeatedly connecting and disconnecting from the display. I have worked through the advice in this atrticle: http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...from-repeatedl Without success Attached are the logs, any advice would be most welcome as this issue is affecting hundreds of users. Hello Ed,
Unfortunately these logs don't include some crucial files called DisplayLinkManager and firmware. If the issue is persistent and you haven't already created a support ticket, would you please be able to gather these again? Kind regards, Alban
