Default UGA-2K-A Adapter

Hello,

I've been using the Display Link USB adapter for quite a while.
Previously I bought the MonoPrice USB 2.0 Graphics Adapter (this one:
http://www.monoprice.com/products/pr...seq=1&format=2),

but now I've decided to also purchase the Plugable UGA-2K-A adapter.

After upgrading to Lion, the MonoPrice adapter continued to work with
the 1.7b3 driver, but I can't get the UGA-2K-A adapter to work from
Plugable.

I've generated a debug log using your debug tool on the website, but I don't want to upload it here. Is there somewhere I can email it to?

Thanks for your help

I have that model and it works for me on a new Macbook Pro 15" using 10.7.1 and 1.7b3.

Maybe it's the device. Can you try a different computer?

You could use the form here http://www.displaylink.com/support/ask_question.php to upload your logs. Thanks

If there's e a problem with any Plugable product, email us anytime at support@plugable.com and we'll get you up and running, or get you a refund if we can't. Let us know if a solution wasn't found here!

Bernie, I am receiving my UGA-2k-A today. Is the correct approach to install the beta 4 driver first, then connect the adapter?
(config: macbook air w/Lion).

Hi Brian - I think you're already up and running, but just for the record - either order will work, but many like installing software first, so hardware will come right up when it arrives.

Visit support.plugable.com or email support@plugable.com anytime with any questions (as we don't always monitor DisplayLink's forum here). Thanks so much! Bernie
