Driver install fails

I am trying to setup an ASUS docking station on my ASUS laptop. Near as
I can tell the driver install fails. It looks like it crashes out. In event viewer it says that msiexec failed and another even says the displaylink service isn't functioning properly because it is an interactive service and the system isn't configured to allow interactive services.

I tried to download the support tool so I could provide more info but all I get is a network error. Even in different browsers it has the same problem.
