Default Unable to get external monitor working

Hi,

I am unable to get an external monitor working on a new USB hub with displaylink technology.
I have installed the latest drivers from both displaylink as well as Dell (USB Hub manufacturer) after several driver reinstalled i'm not sure what else to do.
I have attached the log files from the display link support tool.

Hi

Is this an HDMI adapter? The logs show that an HDMI monitor is being plugged in, but it cannot be fully identified, so the video output is not being turned on. This could be due to a problem with the HDMI cable or the adapter is faulty.

This is using the HDMI Adapter that came with the device, connected to DVI input on the monitor.
I am going to try both a different HDMI Adapter and a different DVI cable today.

It turned out to be a faulty (Despite being brand new) DVI cable.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, please close this thread.
