Default Cannot use LG Ultrawide screen on DisplayLink Dock

Hi Guys,

I have a Razer Blade Pro, running Windows 10, Geforce GTX 960M, with Intel HD Graphics 4600. I am running the Dell DisplayLink D3100 with one full HD monitor connected via HDMI, and one LG Ultrawide Screen (2560x1080) connected via Displayport to HDMI Adapter on the Displayport on the Dell DisplayLink.

The UI in the Windows 10 version, doesn't have any customization options, and I tried to use this guide. http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...able-when-conn, but much of the tags are not available in the Windows 10 Anniversary Version.

Could you please assist me, because I really would like to use the full capabilities of my DisplayLink device. In fact the above resolution is way less than 4k, but I am limited to only 1920x1080 which looks horrible when stretched.

Hello,

Are you using a passive or active DP -> HDMI adapter?

If you are using a passive adapter, then you are using something called DP++ mode which is really HDMI and this is not DisplayPort.
http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...rticles/525038 limitation for the DL-5900 series apply to that product.

Kind regards,
Alban
