Default PSA: Don't believe installer when it tells you the driver is already up to date

Hi, I was having all sorts of disconnect problems after the latest Windows 10 update. I downloaded the latest driver a while ago but for some reason decided to try it again and it says "Your driver is already up to date" or something like that when you run the installer. I happened to check the version installed and against what the driver version I downloaded based on the changelog and the driver I had installed was M2 and the download was M3. I uninstalled the M2 driver and installed the M3 driver and while still disconnecting occasionally, it seems much more stable now.
