Default Forever Spinning Beach Ball on Login (OSX Lion GM)

I have 3 monitors hooked up. One (an apple 24inch) through standard mini-displayport and one (an apple 21 inch) through the displaylink usb.

There's an extremely serious bug that is causing osx login to stall when the Displayport USB (BVU195) is connected.

System Setup:
- OSX Lion (GM)
- Mac 1.7 Beta2 drivers

Repro steps:
- Set up multiple system user accounts on your mac (e.g. user1, user2, user3)
- Log in as user1
- Use OSX switching to log in as user2
- Log out of user2
- Try logging back into user1

Error:
- OSX Beach ball will spin forever.

Workaround:
- Unhook diamond adapter and try again. It works when disconnected

Thanks for the bug report and the debug information. We are able to reproduce the issue and we are working on trying to fix it.

I have the same problem, without loggin into a second account. If I lock my computer by dumping to the fast user switch screen, or come back from sleep to it, Lion pinwheels indefinitely when I attempt to login.

Below are relevant log messages from console:
