Default Windows Driver Foundation Maxing CPU

Have been using the same docking station for years without an issue until today. Now as soon as I connect my computer to the DisplayLink certified docking station my CPU is pegged at 100%. The Windows Driver Foundation process is pegging the CPU by consuming all available CPU (40%-60% by itself) and causing my computer to run like complete garbage. If I disconnect from the docking station my CPU returns to normal CPU usage and it runs without issue. I am running the most current Windows 10 (1703) as well as the most current DisplayLink Driver (8.2 M1).
