Default to Mirror

Is there a way to make the generic corporate install default to mirror for all users, rather than extend?

Any command line switches? Registry changes?

I thought I successfully captured these changes and pushed them out, but it seems that the DisplayLinkService sets those back to default on me when it is started after such changes have been made while it was not running.

Any thoughts or ideas?
