Unhappy D1000 - power indicator Amber

Hi,
I need your help for a issue
I have bought some months ago a DisplayLink D1000
it was working fine until today.
D1000 now has the led indicator in Amber color. In the manual I see that it is in standby mode but I cannot "wake up" it
in the back side the display port(vga-hdmi-dp) and usb port don't work. in the front side there are two USB ports and they work (I try to connec the mobile phone and it is charging so the electricity power works)

have you any idea?
thanks for your help

Regards
Davide

Hello Davide,

As you can't access the back USB ports on your Dell D1000, this suggests an issue with the internal USB hub.
I suggest you contact Dell for hardware support on their hardware.

Kind regards,
Alban
