Keep having black screen
Hi I using toshiba dynadock usb 3.0 for few years, 1 in my office and 1 at home mainly to connect my laptop(windows 8) to Keyboard, mouse, speakers, Ethernet, and a 23" monitor via DVI. Running on drivers comes with retail package.
Recently I upgraded to a new laptop running on windows 10 home. I had try using driver from Toshiba support and also Displaylink 8.2 beta. I am having issue when both display black out every 1-2 mins sometimes 4-5mins once. It seems to disconnect and connect back by itself. When I plug in my old laptop it has no problem at all. |

Thank you for the details, would you please look at the third link of my forum signature to gather logs on the Windows 10 machine? This would tell me why the screen blanks. Kind regards, Alban
