Screen flickering with 2 LG 4k 27" displays

Hello,
I have Macbook Pro M2, with newest displaylink manager driver. I'm using I-TEC USB 3.0 4K DUAL DP ADPTR 1X5K 60HZ 2X4K 60HZ displaylink adapter which should allow me to use 2 4k displays with up to 60hz refresh rate. I was trying to connect adapter directly to mac or via AC powered usb hub. Especially when I have 2 screens connected and I have video conference on teams I have enable / disable loop on my screens. When I went down with refreshing to 30hz problem is not so often but still exists. On single screen is quite stable. I was using same adapter with 1080p screen previously for half a year and everything was fine. I bought recently 2 LG FeeSync 650 4k 27" screens and I have problems as follows.

Is there anything I can try to resolve my problems? I have both screen setup to scaled resolution 1080p (4k is going to screen, but interface is scaled to look like on 1080p screens).
