Default Slower Windows Animations Since Creators Update

Hi. I'm running Windows insider build 16199 right now but I've had the issue since the Redstone update (major one last summer). The device itself is working fine, but it seems like my animation performance is choppy if I try to do the trackpad gesture equivilent of win+tab. If I go to Device Manager and disable the USB adapter (killing my monitor attached to it), it's buttery smooth.

Attached are my system logs for review.

If you want I can even take a video and post on Youtube for reference.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Hello MrObvious,

Thank you for posting the logs.
There are a few things we are working on in that area.

Would you mind please posting the comparison video?
I can use it to check with engineering if that's covered by items on the backlog.
Also, may I advise to try 8.3 Alpha to check if your experience changes?

Kind regards,
Alban

Thanks Alban. I will have to upgrade to 16226 as I'm on the broken build. I will try the 8.3 drivers as well and if that doesn't fix it I will post the video.
