Unhappy External display not detected

Hello,

I have received today this baseus dock : https://amzn.eu/d/1YUaCDz

I have installed DisplayLink Manager v1.10.1 on my macbook pro M2 2022 on Sonoma 14.4

My external display is plugged on an hdmi port on the baseus dock , I also have a mouse and a keyboard plugged on the dock. When I plug the dock to the macbook, it is correctly detected as usb accessory. The mouse and the keyboard plugged in work fine. The external monitor is detected in "System preferences" but I don't see any display in the DisplayLink manager menu ( I have "No DisplayLink-enabled display detected") and my external display has a black screen. It is active because I can move the mouse pointer into it but it keep staying black and I don't see anything.

Can you help me to make it work ? Thanks

Hello,

Can you please share more details I will need logfiles to check the feedback from the driver. For instructions on how to gather the logfiles please navigate to the following article How to report macOS issues to DisplayLink

And aslo for speedy support please send an email with the logfiles and detailed problem description to: technical-enquiries@synaptics.com
