Hello,
Thank you for reaching out! Our drivers do not have control over the USB ports/devices connected to docking stations. We only support video/external monitors in macOS systems. You mentioned that monitors work fine. For further support of this issue I recommend getting in touch with the dock manufacturer. Best regards, Katarzyna
