USB looses connection when using OneNote
I am using a Diamond PCtoTv Pro USB on a Samsung Ativ 500T in my classroom. When using OneNote, the USB will briefly loose connection and then reconnect. By briefly, I mean the entire process takes about 30 seconds. This happens sporadically throughout a class period. Sometimes it will happen once every 30 minutes, other times it happens 3 times in 2 minutes.
This only happens when using OneNote 2013. I can run Powerpoint, Word, Jetpack Joyride, all for hours with no problems. I have attached the logs from three consecutive refreshes. In all three cases, the display came back before I was able to run the program. |

Hi,
The dump file that I looked at in your logs referenced the Intel graphics driver. Have you got the latest version installed for your tablet? Also did you hit this issue with older Intel graphics drivers? Thanks, James |

Yes, the latest drivers have been installed. I don't know about previous drivers because I just recently bought the device.
Today the issue also started to happen while using PowerPoint. A new "symptom" has also come up. When using powerpoint in extended mode, several refreshes happened, and when the displays came back online, the primary monitor would only display in rotated (vertical) mode. Attached is the log for the first instance of this happening. |

I can see that JamesH responded to a bunch of threads on the 19th, but not mine. Any more suggestions?

Another week passes without any help on my issue. I am starting to think that I need to leave negative reviews on websites every time I see a DisplayLink product.
However, any type of response from a DisplayLink representative would make me re-consider. |

Hi,
I'm trying to source the hardware needed to reproduce this issue. Thanks, James |
