Bad quality on DELL 22" with Dell Dock Station D6000S

Hi guys, this is my first post here because i`m really tired to find some answer in the internet.

I have a MBP M1 which is plugged in a Dell Dock Station D6000S with 2 DisplayPort each and the connections is perfects. But iwhen i try to do some stuffs with better quality out of the MB screen the quality is very different and i always need to use photoshop or illustrator at MBP screen and the other two screens just came like a help screen.

Someone had the same problem? I`ve tried to set the configuration screen but i really dont know what to do.
