Default Fresh install of Xubuntu 16.04 and no Displaylink devices are found

I followed these instructions:
http://support.displaylink.com/knowl.../615714#ubuntu
http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...work-on-ubuntu

When I do xrandr or lsusb I do not see any DisplayLink devices (that aren't there when the dock is not plugged in). The usb ports and Ethernet ports on the dock work fine though. On Ubuntu 15.04 I had this same dock and same machine working. I've attached the output from the support tool.

Please help,Tthanks!

Sound like my problem to (http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=64541), that I was asked to post in a new thread. But still nobody have commented on if they are working on it?!?

What dock are you using?

Oh ok thanks for the tip, I'll try power cycling it and testing it in Windows too. Mine is a ThinkPad lenovo USB 3.0 dock
