Exclamation I cannot Play Netflix App While Docked

I have a Dell XPS 12 convertible docked with two monitors connected to the following: Targus Universal USB 3.0 DV Docking Station with Power : ACP71USZ. I also have a third monitor connected to the following: Targus USB 3.0 SuperSpeed™ Dual Video Adapter : ACA039US.

Netflix started failing prior to my upgrading to 8.1. I upgraded in hopes of it potentially fixing the issue. Unfortunately, I still get the following error while running the Netflix app in windows 8.1 while docked.

I can play netflix fine while not docked.

I have the latest graphics drivers for Intel HD4000 (10.18.10.3282), I also have displaylink 7.4.50415.0 installed.

I also tried complete uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot. However, the netflix app does not work while I am docked. Log file is attached.

Thanks for your help.
