Cool No audio on DisplayLink USB3 dock any more (worked before / F23) ...

Hello there,

Im using the latest two drivers (currentyl 1.0.335) together wit Fedora 23 but after one of the latest Fedora updates the sound from the DisplayLink-Dock (Targus USB3) suddenly disappeared - It was working before.

The devices are recognized and shown in Gnome-Settings-Audio configuration, volume is set to 70% but no sound on that Device is audible.

It worked before a couple of updates in Fedora. All other audio devices are still working as expected.

I have no idea where to look at for the problems cause...

Any hints hints on how to get Audio back (It works in e.g. Windows without problems)?

This is handled by standard drivers, which we don't redistribute - DisplayLink docks expose standard USB Audio 2.0 class device for audio, so I think you should investigate what changed in the recent Fedora upgrades.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,
Michal
