Default Touch in one of the two Dell 2340t monitors not working

SO I am dual booting into 8.1 update on my Surface pro and I have your beta driver installed everything works with the exception of touch on my second monitor. Not sure if this is an MS thing or your driver. I can boot back to 8.0 and touch works in both monitors.
This is my current set up:
SP-surface pro
Mon1- Dell s2340t
Mon2- Dell s2340t

SP minidisplay HDMI to mon1 hdmi
SP usb 30.0 to mon2 upstream
Mon2 usb 3.0 to mon1 usb upstream
Mon 1 is set as the primary and has touch
mon2 is set to extend DT from SP Touch in SP but not on Mon2

In win 8.0 I tried every possible combo and the above set up is the only way to let me have touch enabled in both mon1 and 2 and of course SP. In 8.1 I am only getting touch in mon1 and SP not mon2. Without touching any wires I can boot back to 8.0 and touch will work in all 3. Any suggestions, I was not sure if you needed any logs so I figured I would describe my issue first. Thanks Tony.

Hi,

I've asked around about multi screen touch in 8.1.

I'll get back to you when I know more.

Out of interest do any other multiple touch screen configurations work on Windows 8.1?

Thanks,
James

Thanks no other configs work in 8.1 either to give touch in both. On 8.0 nothing else works accept the one posted above. The thing it seems I cant do in 8.1 is set mon1 as extend desk top - primary and than be able to dup the desktop from SP on mon2 when ever I try to do this in 8.1 the screens go nuts and I don't have touch in either mon 1 or 2.
But let me know what you come up with. Thx.

Hi,

Will do.

Might also be worth posting this on the Dell & Microsoft 8.1 forums.

Thanks,
James

thought I would check back to see if any fix for this issue yet. I still don't have touch in the 2nd monitor with 8.1 but can boot back to 8.0 without changing any wires and have touch in both.

Hi,

Nothing from my end unfortunately.

As the touch panel is out of our control I'd recommend trying the Dell forums http://en.community.dell.com/

Thanks,
James

Thanks, I reached out to Dell and MS and both tell me it is due to Dlink drivers.

Downloaded the driver from today and still no touch in second monitor, rewired both trying every config. Weird but still works in 8.0 with both touch....
