Default 2nd monitor losing signal permanently

Device used: i-Tec USB 3.0 Dual Docking Station
Device is brand new (arrived yesterday) and I started using it today.
1st monitor connected via DVI, 2nd monitor connected via HDMI (both HP ZR2440w).
But the same issue occurs if 1st monitor is connected via HDMI and the 2nd via DVI.

2nd monitor going to sleep (losing signal)
30 to 60 seconds no display. Then, the display comes back for some seconds (5-20 seconds) and disappears again with "losing signal".
Hence it comes and goes.
Pass: Compatibility check reported no errors.
Tried different cables and different USB 3.0 ports on the laptop (HP ZBook G2 with Windows 10).
Latest nVidia drivers are installed and latest BIOS.
Latest DisplayLink drivers are used.

Followed all recommendations in https://support.displaylink.com/know...rticles/533818.
Also went through https://support.displaylink.com/know...from-repeatedl.

USB selective suspend setting is disabled.
Tried different USB 3 and USB 2 ports on the laptop. But same issue.

When monitors are connected directly to laptop, they have no issue.
Had them also both running for months on a HP docking station HP Zbook 230W Dock. Never had any issues with cables or monitors.

Thanks in advance for any help.
If there is no solution, I have to send the device back.
But I don't know if it is an issue with the i-Tec docking station or something else.

Default Same issue (All DL monitors stop working)

We have a similar issue. on our Targus and Lenovo Universal docks after some random time the display Link monitors stop working and never work again unless we remove and reinstall Display Link
