Windows 10 Screenshots Snipping Tool
Hi,
I'm having an issue with DisplayLink on Windows 10 using a Targus ACP71AU with up-to-date drivers. My screenshots AND snipping tool captures are magnifying one monitor that is not at its recommended resolution. I am therefore unable to capture what I'd like to due to the magnification. See here. That was taken from top-right of the screen to the bottom-right. The monitor is supposed to be at 3840x2160 but that's too small for my liking so I bumped it down to 1920x1080. This didn't happen on Windows 8.1 |

Hi
I think this is a Windows problem, rather than DisplayLink. I've found this thread about it, but not the most useful answer: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...5-a540aee17b53 I suspect it is connected to the Scaling %age level set and resolution used and the combination you have is exposing a weird bug in Windows. I'd play around with the scaling and resolution levels to see when it goes away and what fixes it. Wim |
