Screen Flashing with Windows 8.1 RTM and DisplayLink 7.4M0

I just upgraded my Dell XPS 15 laptop to Windows 8.1 RTM and my screens all flicker with the DisplayLink 7.4M0 drivers. I used the DisplayLink support tool from this page http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 and have attached the zip file from the tool for your reference. Thanks and hope we can get this resolved so I can continue to use the docking station.

FYI -- This set up did work when the laptop had Windows 8 Pro installed. The problem occurred when the laptop was updated to Windows 8.1.
