Blank screen

I have a Winstar EZ video grabber on windows 7. I have loaded 5.5. But still get blank screen, any ideas.

You should contact Winstar to get help with your Winstar EZ video grabber. It is not a DisplayLink certified product and does not have DL chip in it.
