Default MacBook Pro M3 + Dell D6000 - not working :(

Hi,
I have brand new Macbook Pro M3 with macOs 14.3.1 Sonoma.
Yesterday I bought used Dell D6000, I connected to the microusb in Macbook and install DisplayLink Magager 1.10, and put two monitors with DP. Dell D6000 not working, but i heard the workstation are running and i have white light on it. I tested this Dell on my PC with Windows 11 and work great even without drivers. One monitor via hdmi works perfectly on Macbook.

Have I missed anything during the installation process?

Exact same issue with different monitors. But cannot get more than 1 external display to work. Did you find a solution?
