Display Setup reset after Mac restart

got a Mac Pro 2008 running 10.10 with 3 Screens connected, an Iyama ProLite 30" and two 20" cinema displays. Setup = cinema displays on top, iyama beneath them. the upper right display is connected to a D-Link USB to VGA adapter driver version 2.3beta.

when I restart it always changes the setup to 3 screens next to each other.

very annoying. any solutions?

"Display arrangement is not kept when using 2 or more DisplayLink displays. (16112)" is mentioned under OS X 10.9 Mavericks and 10.10 Yosemite limitations in the release notes.
It sounds like (if I'm reading that correctly) you're only using one displaylink monitor, but I'm guessing the same bug is being triggered due to having 3 monitors connected in total.

I don't believe there's a way to fix it unless DisplayLink manage to unfortunately.
