Default WS-UG17D! suddenly not working anymore under Win10 Enterprise

Hi,

I got a new Lenovo P70 from my Company 2 month ago with Win10 64 Enterprise. In the beginning the WS-UG17D1 worked fine. (I am not even sure if it worked out of the Box or if I had to install the driver explicitly).

Now it's not "Recognized". But it's listed in the device manager as "working properly". It reacts to unplugging and plugging. But the LED on the BOX stays OFF and I can't detected it in Win display settings.

I tried different ports and cables. Installed and Uninstalled. Disabled/enabled. Didn't help.-

Any ideas?

Update: just tried "USB Tree View" and there it's show with an exclamation mark.

"Current Config Value : 0x00 ERROR: must be non-zero"

Hello George,

Would you please run our diagnostic tool as described in the last link of my signature and post the ZIP created so I can look into it?

Hi Alban,

I installed the new driver from you signature and now it works again.

2 weeks ago I was googling for a driver and just found V7.6 on "some" site. Your's 8.2.

Thanks for the fast response.
