Are you experiencing an issue? In case, could you describe what you are trying to do, how and what the problem is? Also please be more precise about what device you are trying to use and what model is your Mac.

Just FYI, I have a new macbook pro 15" running OS10.7.4 and it works fine with the DL.

I had to use the Alpha driver because the display I am using is rotated (it's a dell 20") but the regular release driver worked for me other than that.. and the alpha driver is working fine with the rotated display.

So yeah if you are having problems, it would be good to know more details, pretty hard for anyone to assist you without a better idea of what is not working beyond "trying to install the driver to work" (whatever that means)

I have the exact same problem. I have an eVGA Plus 39 USB. I called eVga support before buying it to confirm it would work in OSX, but it does nothing. I have the new 1.8 driver installed and the device is recognized but no display.

Yes- I tested each resolution to see if it would work. But still nothing... any advice?

Default No driver

I confirmed with eVGA support that this device is one of the DL-3xxx chips that have no OSX driver at this time. They offered me a return but I think I will just sit on it a few months until it's supported.

Does this mean USB3.0-generation DisplayLink devices that can support up to 2560x1600 are out in the wild?
