Default Two USB adapters, only one working at a time

Hi, I have a problem when I try to connect three monitors to my desktop computer with Windows 7. I used 1 monitor with a nvidia graphic card, and I tried to connect two additional monitors with displaylink. However, the two displaylink connected monitors can work individually but not together, so I can only get two out of three monitors on at one time. I am new to displaylink, so I need some help here.

Thanks!

This usually happens if the 2 devices have the same USB serial number. I can see that a device has been connected with the PID 0x0199 and serial number 00008. Can you check if both devices have the same serial number?

If so then please let me know where you bought these from, so we can follow up with the manufacturer.

Thanks

Wim
