Windows 8.1 and Lenovo X1 Carbon Monitors don't work
I can't get monitors to work with my Targus USB 3.0 dock.
Here is my setup: - Windows 8.1 Enterprise - Drivers: Displaylink_7.4M0 - USB devices connected to the dock are working - Monitors are not recognized - Display link app which is usually shown in the system tray, is not shown. - Tried uninstall drivers/software and re-install multiple times --> same result - Tried all troubleshooting tips on Displaylink site Logs attached. |

Hi,
I can't see the logs - can you try re-attaching them? Thanks, James |

Hi,
Can you try power cycling the dock? Unplug it from the PC, unplug it from the mains, reconnect it to the mains and then reconnect it to the PC. Thanks, James |

Hub Connects But No Video, Ethernet, or Sound
Targus is aware of a hardware issue that has recently been diagnosed with some ACP70 docks. This issue is most easily recognized in the Windows Device Manager where no USB Display Adapters and no Targus Giga Ethernet Network adapters are present. It is also when neither of the dock’s display ports or Ethernet ports work at all. The issue is intermittent and temperature dependent, showing up mostly at colder temperatures. Manufacturing has produced at ECN for a workaround for all newly manufactured docks but for deployed units that exhibit the misbehavior, please contact Targus for a free exchange.
