I think the problem here is you are trying to use DisplayLink on a system with 3 GPUs:

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (NVIDIA)
Graphics Driver: 8.17.12.8562 Dated 2011-10-15
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (NVIDIA)
Graphics Driver: 8.17.12.8562 Dated 2011-10-15
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (Intel Corporation)
Graphics Driver: 8.15.10.2405 Dated 2011-05-23

We only support 1 GPU in the system (or switchable graphics) otherwise the DisplayLink software may not interact with the graphics system correctly. However you might get lucky and find this does work - but that's luck more than the way we're designed to work on this system.

One other thing to try is switching to Aero graphics mode and see if that works any better.
