I've tried to install the USB display adapter several times and cannot get anything to work. When I go to the Display Settings, it see the 2nd monitor, but it's greyed out and I'm not able to enable it. The USB adapter has a solid green light on it and the software has been installed (verified by COntrol Panel>Programs).

Everytime I re-plug in the adapter, I'm prompted to install the software again. After walking through the steps, it asks me for the "Installation CD". I don't have an installation cd, and point it to the setup file doesn't work. ???

I've ran the support tool and attached the files.

THanks for the help

It looks like our graphics drivers are unable to install on this PC and I'm not sure why.

Could you try uninstalling DisplayLink software and cleaning the PC as described here:

Then see if there is an updated driver for your primary graphics card, then reinstall the DisplayLink software and see if this solves the issue.
