installed but cannot get anything on second screen just lines??? help me

installed perfect all seemed to go well, then the second monitor has vertical lines with no image seen, i have tried to change res on screen but nothing please can you help me, pic attached

its a usb 2.0 uga muti display adpator i am using usb to vga

That look like a hardware fault. Please contact the product manufactuer about this issue.
