Have multiple installs. Customer has 2 27" Asus VE276Q monitors.
Dell XPS 8300 w/Nvidia, using Digital outputs.
Primary LCD "wakes up" from monitor sleep (set in Windows 7), 2nd LCD does not come back to life, button cannot turn on or off, have to pull plug to get LCD to work (2nd LCD to the right of Primary LCD (main)).
Asus sent 2nd LCD, same issue, so it's not the monitor.
OWC sent new DisplayLink adapter, same issue, no fix.

Customer upset, who to call, what to do, why is this happening, how to get resolved?

This sounds somewhat close to the problems I have when turning on the PC with nVidia and DisplayLink monitors attached. Weird thing happen, but only with driver 6.3. Did you try using driver 6.2? Works with mine...

This 'rollback' of the software/driver worked.
Is it going to be resolved for future releases?
THank you for the help.:)

Installed v7 Beta, end users still complaining that 2nd 'extended' screen has lag and mouse jumping on 2nd~extended screen, in IE 9 only.

Can we have some engineer resolve this once and for all?

All I do is read, read, read, read, post, post, post, post, and no solution?

Who is doing the testing? Us? We are the Beta testers, but in the test environment prior to release, some engineer/developer had to do the same tests?

Am I the only one?

I read others with these problems, so I know it's not me.

I am getting this behaviour too. The primary, video card driven, monitors do not wake from sleep unless I hit ctrl+alt+del . That wakes them up.

OK - I'm using the v7.0 Beta with 4 USB displays at 1920x1080 on Windows 7 and using IE9, and can see no lag issues. It also has not been seen in our system test, so there must be something different with your setup.

I've looked through your other posts and can't see a system log from you. Can you post the debug logs from one of the systems showing the issue? Instructions are here:

Also, are you saying that there was no issue with v6.2 M2, but 6.3 and 7.0 are showing the lag?

Hopefully the system details will give em a clue to get your customer satisfied.
