Hello all,

I just got a new laptop with Win7 64 bit and have two monitors plus laptop monitor running. To synch my Samsung Note 2 with Outlook I have installed MyPhoneExplorer (MPE) as before with Win XP. Everythings works fine for about up to 2 hours. All three monitors turn black and all open windows will be new arranged on all three monitors. Than I getting the message that the adb driver has been disabled. I have now installed the newest software for DisplayLink, MyPhoneExplorer and the universal adb driver. I still have the same problem. If I shut down MPE or unplug the USB cable for the third (emulated) monitor and run the system with two monitors than the complet system is working fine.
The complet combination is the same except the laptop and worked fine with Win XP.
I'm running out of ideas and any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Tom

Hi James,

I went through the instruction. Everythings looks fine but the problem still exists. So I let run the support tool. Please find attached the logs. We also have von DameWare a remote client installed which causes an error message.
