Hi,
I am using plugable usb 3.0 docking station on Lenovo T430s. win8 (64-bit).
Initially when I installed the DisplayLink driver everything worked fine for couple of days. But since yesterday, my laptop does not detect external monitor at all when I plugin the cable for docking station. I can still use external mouse and keyboard that are plugged behind docking station, just the display is not working.
I am attaching support files that were generated using support tool.
Thanks,
nsd

Hi,
Can you disconnect your device, un-install DisplayLink software, run this tool http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297, install the latest graphics driver from the Intel site, re-install the Displaylink software and reconnect the dock?
Thanks,
James

James,
I followed steps outlined by you, still no success.
I am not able to send you new set of logs, because I am not able to download the debug tool from http://extranet.displaylink.com/techsupport_files/DL_support_tool.zip
It looks like all links on displaylink.com that points to file downloads are not working.
I saw that 7.3 was released and I tried to download it, but that link also did not work. http://www.displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=93
Thanks,
nsd

Please ignore my comment regarding not able to download tool or 7.3 release. it was network problem at my end.
I am now downloading tool and 7.3 release. will post logs with 7.2 (after following your above steps) and with 7.3

Hi James,
Attaching 2 log files.
(1) 1st one named with_7.2 is generated after following your steps, but still not able to use external monitor.
(2) 2nd one named with_7.3 is generated after uninstalling 7.2, cleaning using cleanup tool, installing 7.3.
I am not able to project my display on external monitor yet. :(

I can also confirm that docking station works fine for display when I use other 2 laptops I have.
one of them run win8 (64-bit) and another win7, so this is probably not a h/w issue.

Hi,
Intel pushed latest display driver via windows update today. After which I re-installed 7.3 displayLink driver and my external display started working.
I am attaching latest debug zip which I created after everything started working in case someone else runs in to same issue.
Thanks,
nsd
