HP PROBOOK 474s Windows8 + HP DOCK USB 3.0 = no display and no network

Hello, I possess a computer equipment of 12 HP PROBBOK 4740s in Windows 8 with dockstation HP USB 3.0.
No driver manages to run the displayand the network configuration cannot be fixed.
I have to downgrader one of Laptop PC in Windows 7 and everything works, I thus targeted well an incompatibility with Windows 8.

Hi,

Please try this:

1. Disconnect the dock
2. Uninstall the DisplayLink software
3. Run the cleaner tool http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297
4. Install the latest graphics drivers for your system
5. Install the latest R7.4 M0 software from: http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
6. Reconnect the dock.
