AUVIO USB to HDMI Adapter problem

I recently just purchased the AUVIO USB to HDMI Adapter from RadioShack and I'm already having a problem. I installed the software and connected the AUVIO USB to HDMI Adapter from my PC to my 46" Samsung Smart TV. I'm trying to watch a preseason football game from NFL.com. The game works fine on the computer but I'm getting sound coming from the TV but no picture. All I see on the TV screen is the desktop image that is on my PC. Did I do something wrong? Someone please help.

Hi,

It sounds like you need to either:

* Drag the application playing the video onto the TV display
* Mirror the contents of your PC display onto the TV display by selecting the Windows key and the 'P' key and then selecting 'Duplicate' from the next menu.

If you've tried the above without success then something is wrong - please run through this guide and attach the logs:
