USB 3.0 Dual Video Adapter stopped working!

Has been using Targus USB3.0 Video Adapter for the past year & it stopped working 1 week ago.

I'm using Asus G73S running on Windows 7

Please run through this troubleshooting guide:

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up.

I've downloaded driver but unable to activate it due DLL corruption or something. Please help
