Hi All,
I believe I'm in the right place, please let me know if I'm not. I purchased a ThinkPad USB 3.0 dock for my X1 Carbon running Windows 7 64-Bit. It has two integrated displaylink ports on it. I've installed the drivers from the main page (7.4). The devices still just show up as "ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock" instead of coming up as actual display adapters. The rest of the parts are all working (USB, etc). When I try to manually point windows to the driver files, it complains that there are no 64 bit drivers available.
The Hardware ID shows up as USB\VID_17E9&PID_4320&REV_0014&MI_00 when I pull them up. My research tells me that's the displaylink ports in the box.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
