I've got a Fujitsu AH552 laptop, and a Fujitsu PR07 port replicator.
The port replicator is directly connected to the laptop.
A couple of times every day the display that is connected to the port replicator switches off, all the windows and icons are transferred to the laptop screen and after 10 seconds the display switches on and the windows and icons go to their previous positions.

I have upgraded the software for the port replicator to the newest version, first from Fujitsu, then from DisplayLink.
I have upgraded the graphics driver to the newest version, from Intel.

Can someone please help me?

I included the advanced log file.

Hi,

Can you upgrade the Intel USB 3.0 host controller driver on your notebook to the latest?

You can find it here:

Thanks,
James

Hello James,

Thank you for your reply. I just updated the USB 3.0 host controller driver.
I'll get back to you when the problem occurs again.

Hello JamesH,

It looks like the USB 3.0 host controller driver did the trick!
So far, no display switching.

Thank you very much!
