Hi,
I have been trying your post
"HOWTO: Debugging issues on Windows with DisplayLink", without success!!
Display link do not start anymore. Even when try to downgrade to 7.4
this issue never occurs whatever the displaylink version upto version 7.4 even after update to windows 8.1
trying both directly and through an USB hub
another DL support log... this time with 7.5..
Anyone can help?
Best regards

Have you tried to completely uninstall DisplayLink? Not just via Programs and Features but using the DisplayLink Cleaner Tool you download from the DisplayLink site? The cleaner tool is here: http://displaylink.com/techsupport_files/DL_install_cleaner.zip
If that does not allow you to reinstall 7.4, then run it again and uninstall your graphic drivers. Perhaps using something like Display Fusion, after using Windows uninstall, to make sure everything is deleted.

I have uninstalled my graphic driver as recommanded... And now my computer does not want to install my intell graphic card driver, neither the displaylink 7,4 driver
Another solution? Best regards

Did you download the free version of Driver Fusion and let it uninstall all your graphic drivers?
Do you have more than one graphic card? If so, uninstall it also using Windows and the Driver Fusion.
Did you uninstall Display Link, including running the cleaner tool?
You should probably reboot between each uninstall.

I uninstalled my graphic card driver from "computer management" . From this time, not able to install again Intel driver.
Looking at the driver installation logs, setupapi.dev.log, the following error occurs when try to install any driver:
sto: Failed to call to import driver package. Error = 0x0000000D
But do not know how to solve that!!!

Hi,
Please try these steps:
1. Disconnect dock from notebook
2. Unplug power from dock
3. Reconnect power to dock
4. Reconnect dock to notebook
If that doesn't help please try connecting to a USB 2.0 port on your notebook.
Thanks,
James

Have already tried without success to connect to USB2.0 out of dockstation
My biggest problem now is to reinstall the normal graphic driver ... I do not succeed... so cannot even try anything with display driver

So you did not use Driver Fusion to clear out all the files "computer management" uninstall left behind. Hmm...
