Monitor works from one computer but not another

I have a Targus USB 3 docking station that I've used with 2 different computers.

From a MS Surface Pro I can use 2 standard monitors fine, but when I try to use 1 monitor and a Westinghouse TV the TV won't work. It shows up in the displays but no picture.

If I connect to my Dell laptop they both work, so it's not the TV itself.

The Surface Pro was at Windows 8.1 when I first tried it. I updated drivers with no luck, then reset the surface to factory and reinstalled drivers and still no luck. Right now it's at Windows 8.0 and driver version 7.5.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

What model Westinghouse TV is it? If it's an older 720/1080i model then we won't support it. We only support 720/1080p models.

It could also be an issue with the software being able to read the EDID of the TV. Can you attach the logs from this tool so I can take a look?
