My Previous Docking station never came back up after the laptop went into sleep mode. Uninstall/reinstall didn't work. I exchanged it for "Targus USB 3.0 SuperSpeed™ Dual Video Docking Station with Power Model Number: ACP71USZ"
It has been two days all seems to be working as expected. I have two HP monitors, external hard drive connected.
FYI: My HP Laptop is powered by Docking Station. :)
