Re Install To Use Second Screen

Hi guys I hope some one can help. I have a USB monitor adaptor Im using a laptop with windows 8 Ive installed the latest software from the website and all works fine untill I reboot then the screen does not come out of sleep mode. I have two monitors and have tried them both. If I then delete the soft ware and re install all works fine until I switch it off.. Please help:mad:

Hi,

At the point you resume from sleep are there any errors against the device in device manager?

Does this happen on other USB ports on your notebook?

Hi no problems in device manager and the display link is seen ok.
Now when I reinstall the programe I get nothing at all.. The mouse still disapears of my laptop screen as if going to the other monitor but the monitor is black never even flickers.. Yes it is switched on.. Should I just buy a new bit of hardware. Ow and yes I have tried it in other usb ports..
Ive sent a new attached report..
