I have a Dell Precision M6800 laptop. In the office it is on an e-dock that is connected to two additional screens. One screen is connected via the DVI port and the other is connected through the DisplayPort. We use portable monitors when outside of the office. When the Displaylink software and driver is installed it works fine until the laptop is back on the dock and the desktop screens are activated. That is when the BSOD occurs. I have updated all drivers and also Windows updates. The video card for the laptop screen is an Intel HD Graphics 4600 and the video card for the addtional screens is an AMD Firepro M6100 FireGL V.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

This looks like an issue that we've fixed the next release due out at the end of the month.

So we can be sure of that can you upload the files that begin with the word DisplayLinkManager and also the System_Details.txt file that are generated by the DisplayLink support tool? http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269

Thanks,
James

James,
Thank you for responding so quickly. Please see the files you requested in the attached .zip file. For some reason it would not let me upload the DisplaylinkManager files in their native format. It gave an invalid file error.
