Black Screens :(!

Dear Support,

I have been having so much trouble that I reinstalled a fresh operating system with only Display Link installed nothing else; to isolate the problem.

The monitors are active/detected, however, they are "black." I can only see my mouse on the black background.

I have Targus dual adapter and StarTech dual adapter, both have the same problem.

Please assist me in resolving this.

Do you have the same issue if you switch to Aero mode?
